Wildomar Golf Courses -- Features and Benefits
Wildomar is an area of California in Riverside County. For golf enthusiasts visiting or residing in this area, there are a variety of Wildomar golf courses that can meet their needs and preferences. You'll find that the courses are located in the vicinity but may not bear a Wildomar address. For example, there are a variety of courses in Riverside, Murietta, Sun City and Corona, California. Golf is big in this part of the nation, so you won't have any problems finding a variety of golf clubs and courses for private and public use.
The SCGA Golf Club is a fantastic choice and is located in nearby Murrieta on the Robert Trent Jones Parkway. The course was featured on several of the Best Public Courses lists by magazines like Golf Magazine and Golf Digest. In addition to the great course, you'll find a stocked pro shop, putting green, driving range, dining establishment and even an instructional facility for children and adults. Another fine club in Murrieta is Bear Creek, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Golfweek ranks this club in the top seven of Southern California thanks to its challenging holes and gorgeous scenery.
In nearby Sun City you'll find the Canyon Lake Country Club and Golf Course. This course is somewhat tight, built in a narrow area, but provides a nice challenge for golfers of all skill levels. If you find it a bit small for your taste, the North Golf Course also in Sun City is more spacious. In Corona there is The Retreat Country Club, which features a gorgeous Jack Nicklaus designed course set upon the rugged California landscape. This club is part of a gated community that offers the finest in luxury and security to its members and guests. Golf is only one benefit you'll receive when you join The Retreat.
If you would like to learn more about the many Wildomar golf courses in your area, check your local Yellow Pages for contact information and call for details. Many clubs and courses will happily send out promotional materials such as booklets and brochures detailing their features and services. At the least, they can refer you to their web site. In today's information age, most every golf course or club will have a web presence. Sunny southern California is a great place for golfers, as you'll soon discover!
